Exchange my item

You can now exchange your item(s) for store credit for up to 7 days after you have received them.

Items must be sent back in the same condition you received them and in the same packaging. We can refuse to exchange any item that has been worn (except for trying on), washed or had its tags removed. All item(s) will be inspected upon return before the store credit can be sent to you. If everything is okay with your item(s), then the store credit for your original amount will be emailed to you within 7 working days of us receiving your item(s). The amount doesn't include the original shipping fee.

Fill out this form and we will email you with all the necessary info for you to return your item(s) to us.

Items such as hairbands and scrunchies cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Please note that any items that have been delivered over 7 days ago cannot be exchanged or refunded. We can offer alterations if you're not happy with your item or it doesn't fit.
